General Counsel Services

 

Service options are customizable based on your company's needs as it grows and expands. As appropriate for your company, I will work with your management teams or specific stakeholders to develop appropriate policies and commercial structures to support your businesses' short and long-term goals.

 

General counsel services can be utilized to provide legal advice, as well as contractual support including negotiating and drafting agreements.

General counsel service plans are payable on a monthly basis and can be set up under monthly, three month or six month plans. We are also happy to discuss an hourly rate option for these services.

Contract Review Services

Service options are customized based on your company's needs and the complexity of each project. A variety of service levels are available including review, revision, drafting and negotiation. You may also select "behind the scenes" support for you or your internal counsel.
 
For each project, you will receive an initial estimate of the time necessary to achieve an agreed-to milestone.
 
Fees:  Hourly rate is scaled based on the complexity of the project and the duration of the engagement.  

Contract review services are payable on a monthly basis, subject to a retainer deposit prior to the commencement of services.
